PCB Mill Errors
This Page is dedicated to common errors that you may see while you are using the PCB mill. This will explain many of the errors and indicate whether you can ignore them or whether you need to contact the lab director or a technician. We have tried to arrange them in order of how common they are.
Dust Gap
This warning refers to the type of contour routing the machine will perform. In the maker-e, we always use continuous routing. Because of this, you CAN IGNORE this warning.
Tool Clamp Maintnence
This indicates that the tool clamp requires cleaning. This cannot be done by the user and therefore you must contact a technician or the lab directtor. You CAN NOT IGNORE this warning.
