When assembling make sure that you have the colored wires coming out of the correct location. I did not check those wires and ended up having to take everything apart before putting it back together again. This is important to notice because the next step is to solder and if you solder before realizing your mistake, it will be a long, difficult process to undo your soldering. Additionally, it is important to not be scared to push a bit when assembling. The case had more give then I realized.
Note that it takes a while for the bed and nozzle to heat up. You might have to wait with the printer for a few extra minutes to check that the first layer went correctly which will not happen until after the heating process is done.
Something that helped me was when extruding/cutting/adding a fillet, the tab on the left part of the screen will tell you what you have selected so far. This helped me during the fillet step to make sure that I had selected all 4 edges and did not select the face before completing the fillet.
