    • Head or hand tracking is unreliable: Make sure nothing is obscuring line of site between the Touch controllers or headset, including your body. Recalibrate the sensors if this does not resolve tracking issues. Sensor recalibration instructions

    • Performance issues: VR applications are very resource intensive and running heavy processes in the background can cause performance degradation. Ensure that there are no other programs hogging resources, such as a VR application that failed to close properly.

    • Touch controllers unresponsive or other connectivity issues: Check that the Touch controllers' batteries aren't depleted (Click the gear icon at the top right of the Oculus window, click settings, and go to the Devices tab). If they are, ask a technician to replace them.

    • Don't ever use cleaners or solvents such as rubbing alcohol to clean the device's lenses. Only use a clean microfiber cloth, moving in circular motions from the center of the lens outward.

    • Clean all skin contact areas (Touch controllers, face-mask foam, etc...) with disinfectant wipes. Clean everywhere else with a clean cloth.
