  1. First: Be sure the volume level is high enough to hear. Click the speaker icon in bottom right of the screen and adjust the volume slider that appears. Second: If you still don't hear anything, make sure the correct playback device is selected. Right click on the speaker icon and select "Playback Devices".  Find the device you want to hear sound out of, right click it, and set it as the "Default Device".

    • Second: If you still don't hear anything, make sure the correct playback device is selected. Right click on the speaker icon and select "Playback Devices". Find the device you want to hear sound out of, right click it, and set it as the "Default Device".

    • Third: If the device is disabled, right click on it and click "Enable". Again, make sure it's set as the default device.

    • Test: Right click on the device and click "Test". If you hear the test tones, your audio problems may be caused by the programs you're using. Trying closing and reopening them to resolve the issue.
