Introduction

The Corporate Database houses all of the components that are stocked in the Maker-E. If you are looking to add parts from the Maker-E to your circuit you will need to add this database. Please note that in order to access the corporate database you must either be on Bucknell's campus or connected remotely via VPN.

  1. Note: If you are using a computer in an ECE lab or in the Maker-E, the corporate database should already be mapped by default. You can confirm it is mapped by following this tutorial.

It is a long term goal to get all of the Makerstock components into the corporate database. Alas, we are not there yet.

Regarding components in the wrong families, send me a list of issues and I can make those corrections. Actually - as faculty you have write access to the corporate database (it lives on the Elec netspace drive) so feel free to move things as you see fit!

The database is missing some components available from Maker-E stock, some components are in the wrong families, etc.? Who do we contact about getting these things fixed?
